How to Join Our Chapter
- Visit the PGSA website at WWW.PGSA.ORG.
- Click the MEMBERSHIP box (the first box on the far left of the Home Page)
- The PGSA MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS & APPLICATION page will appear.
- Scroll down to the caption “PGSA MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS”. This chart lists the types of membership that are available with their respective dues.
- Directly under the “PGSA MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS” box are two methods of membership registration and payment for New Members.
- You will use the appropriate instructions.
- Choose the membership registration process you prefer:
Join Online: Clicking the Join Online enables you to enter all of your data and pay online using your Credit Card or Pay Pal. IMPORTANT: In the Comments Box, be sure to type PGSMA or Massachusetts.
Join Using the Paper Form:
- "Click Here to Print the New Membership Form (PDF)" provides you with printing a paper registration form and making payment by check.
- Click the title to show the form for printing, then print the form.
- Complete the form, being sure to select your desired membership type And in an open space be sure write PGSMA or Massachusetts.
- Include your check with the applicable amount made payable to PGSA
- Mail the application and check to: PGSA – c/o Phyllis Klen 2816 Hillcrest Circle Naperville, IL 60564
